PRODUCT POLICY
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for shopping with us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (or part of it), we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days (including weekends) to contact us via email at admin@shutelane.com  
Please include the following in your email:
- Date of purchase
- Location of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photo of your product (if possible) 
Our return email to you will include details on how to return your purchase. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Refunds
We will notify you to confirm receipt of your return. Following this, we will check the item/s and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit as soon as your bank processes this payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we will not take responsibility for lost parcels, once handed to Royal Mail. We will do our utmost to help resolve issues, however, if you have decided to opt for First or Second Class post on your order, these are in no way trackable.
